Application Methods
Like other aromatherapy products how they can be applied varies. The blends will work well in tea light burners, or diffusers or simple sprays. If you do not have these, then there are other ways of getting the benefits:
- Active "2, 3, 4" breathing — just open the product and take a deep breath (for 2 seconds), then hold it (for 3 seconds), then exhale slowly (for 4 seconds).
- Pan boil — put it in a pan with a little bit of water and gently simmer it, this will release any of the beneficial aromas.
- Shot glass — fill half the glass with the blend and the other half with boiling water, this will give an immediate kick (can also be done in a mug or tea cup, but you don't need much).
- Cloth on a radiator — you can dampen a cloth with it and put it on a warm radiator for a quick one day impact.

Validity Information
The production date is included on the bottles label. Most hydrosols are best within the first 6 to 9 months, but generally have a 2 year "Use By" date. Keeping the bottles in cool locations, out of the sun (store cupboards etc) keeps them for longer, you can put them in the fridge but it is not necessary.
